Scott
Searle
Founder and Chief Executive Officer Scott Searle previously
headed a software development and publishing company.
Mr. Searle’s company developed and published On Cue II
and a number of other software utilities for Macintosh,
and achieved worldwide distribution through Ingram and
other major distributors before negotiating an exclusive,
worldwide license with Viacom New Media.Available in 19
countries, On Cue II was voted a top ten application for
three years in a row.
Mr. Searle also has been involved as a developer and architect
with some of the world’s top software products, including
Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook Express, Apple MacOS
7 and others. |

Peter
Baer
Peter Baer serves as Executive Vice President.
Prior to joining LockStream, Mr. Baer spent four years
in numerous positions at Warner Bros. in New York, most
recently overseeing new business development initiatives
including Internet, Video on Demand, and Pay-Per-View.
He also worked closely with partner companies on joint
marketing efforts using his understanding of new media
to expand on traditional forms of distribution and on
strategic investments.
Prior to Warner Bros., he spent three years making markets
in blue chip, NYSE listed securities with the Wall Street
specialist firms Henderson Brothers, Inc. and Benjamin
Jacobson & Sons.
Peter earned an MBA in Finance and International Business
from NYU's Stern School of Business and a BA in English
Literature from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.

Jay
McKim
Jay McKim serves as Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial
Officer.
An experienced CFO & COO, Mr. McKim was most recently
CFO of the Dallas Mavericks of the National Basketball
Association, working with Ross Perot Jr. and Mark Cuban,
the founder of Broadcast.com. While with the Mavericks,
McKim was responsible for all financial, broadcasting,
ticketing systems and aircraft operations. Before the
NBA, he was CFO & COO for International Music Corporation
( a manufacturer and distributor of Jackson/Charvel guitars,
Ross Systems PA Electronics, Akai Professional Electronic
Musical Products and Cable Set-Top Box integrated circuit
boards), where he oversaw all financial, manufacturing
and distribution operations in Asia, Europe, Mexico and
the U.S. While at IMC, he successfully led numerous acquisitions
and divestitures of domestic and foreign companies and
products. Earlier he served as CFO of Telephone Broadcasting
Systems (a manufacturer and retailer of voice recognition
out-bound dialing telephony equipment), facilitating its
acquisition by DAVOX. McKim began his career with Peat
Marwick, leaving as Manager of the Private Business Practice.
Mr. McKim has a BA in Accounting and Finance from The
University of Oklahoma, where he was an Academic All-American
Football Player. |

Sky
Kruse
Sky Kruse serves as Executive Vice President of Product
Development.
Prior to joining LockStream, Mr. Kruse was founder and
CTO of LiveBid.com, from inception through its acquisition
by Amazon.com and has long been a leader in the software
industry.
Most recently, Kruse was a Director of Engineering at
Amazon.com, initially for the Live Auctions development
group where he led the migration efforts to convert LiveBid
to a Unix-based architecture with Oracle database in order
to comply with Amazon standards. Later, while within the
Amazon Anywhere mobile-commerce team, Mr. Kruse was instrumental
in developing and advancing technologies currently used
for shopping via cellular phones and hand held devices.
Prior to founding LiveBid.com, Kruse held critical software
development and leadership positions with Fourgen Software,
Pace Network and Volt Technical Network.
Mr. Kruse received a Bachelors of Science in Computer
Science & Mathematics from the University of Puget
Sound and was a President Scholar and National Merit Scholar. |

Soichiro
'So' Saida
Soichiro ‘So’ Saida serves as Vice President of International
Business Development.
Mr. Saida was most recently Product Manager for Digital
Music and Head of Digital Rights Management at Hutchison
3G (UK) Ltd (H3G). He started with H3G in 2000 developing
the concept of digital music delivery over the Third Generation
(UMTS) network, and emphasising a great consumer experience.
So joined LockStream in November 2001 where he is responsible
for the company’s DRM strategy in Asia and Europe.
Prior to joining H3G, Soichiro was Consulting Engineer
at Ove Arup Partners, a professional consultancy providing
engineering, design, management and planning services
on projects throughout the world whilst working alongside
internationally renowned architects.
Soichiro studied at the University of Sheffield between
1993 and 1998 and graduated with a Bachelor and Masters
of Science degree in Engineering.
Soichiro is a Japanese national based in the United Kingdom
with permanent residency. |

Jonathan
Lynne
Jonathan Lynne serves as an Executive Vice President of
the Consumer Products Division.
Formerly, Mr. Lynne was Vice President and Head of
Acquisitions for Hallmark Entertainment, the television
and media division of the international greeting card
company.
At Hallmark, Mr. Lynne was involved in all areas of
the company's media and entertainment businesses, including
the development of live action and animated films and
series, distribution or the Hallmark film library to
the domestic television market (syndication and cable),
and acquisition of all formats of programming for Hallmark's
various distribution channels. Mr. Lynne was involved
in Hallmark's takeover of the Odyssey Cable Network
with partner The Jim Henson Company, and oversaw the
development of original content for the service as well
as spearheading the company's expansion into digital
distribution platforms.
Prior to joining Hallmark, Jonathan spent five years
as Head of Development at The Food Network. There he
successfully managed the integration of mainstream television
formats with high-sheen, lifestyle subject matter, resulting
in some of the network's signature series and talents
including Emeril Lagasse, Ready, Set, Cook!, Bobby Flay,
and The Two Hot Tamales (Mary Sue Miliken & Susan Feniger).
During his entertainment career Mr. Lynne has also worked
at Creative Artists Agency and The Kushner-Locke Company.
Jonathan earned a BA in American Studies from Trinity
College in Hartford, CT.

Rose
Floyd Rose, is a company founder and serves as a director.
Mr. Rose is also the founder of Floyd Rose Guitars and
inventor of the Floyd Rose Locking Tremolo equipped on
many electric guitars.
Floyd holds more than seventy patents worldwide and is
an expert in licensing and patent issues. |

T. Moore
William T. "Tommy" Moore serves as LockStream's Vice Chairman.
Mr. Moore has established or acquired and operated over
17 corporations all involved in the manufacture of musical
instruments or consumer electronics. He has wide-ranging
experience in corporate finance, management, manufacturing
and licensing and has served on numerous boards of directors,
both domestically and internationally. The primary focus
of his career has been centered in the Pacific Rim although
he has broad experience in Europe as well as Central and
South America. Mr. Moore's knowledge and extensive management
capabilities emanated from a powerful entrepreneurial
base and progressed to larger publicly held corporations
both foreign and domestic.

Scott Greenburg
G. Scott Greenburg serves as a director and legal advisor.
Mr. Greenburg is a partner with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich
& Rosati,a leading west coast law firm. Previously, he
was chair of the VentureCapital Group and the Business
Law Department at Preston Gates. Mr.Greenburg has also
served as director and advisor to numerous private companies
and from 1986 to 2000 served as corporate secretary to
Starbucks Corporation. |

Jeremy Hogue
Jeremy Hogue serves as a Director.
Vice President at the Audax Group, having joined the firm
in 1999.
Previously, Mr. Hogue worked at Lehman Brothers and the
law firm of McDermott, Will & Emery and founded a newspaper
publishing company, SportStar LLC. Jeremy received his
J.D. from Harvard Law School an M.B.A. from the University
of Southern California and has received a B.A. from the
University of Southern California. |
